Bob previously owned and operated Affordable Remodeling as well as Sunset Remodeling.
He found that as the economic times changed it became harder and harder for financing for his customers home needs.
Bob knew it was time to fill this gap in the Capital District of New York.
Northeast Funding began in the subprime lending market and little by little helped customers improve their credit so that they could be approved for the "A" lender loans with better interest rates.
