New Home Purchase in Miami Florida. My wife and I needed to purchase a house on a very short notice under difficult circomstances. After reading the Google reviews about Bennett Capital Partners Mortgage, we decided to call. Philip answered the phone immediately, told him our situation and he said he could get us a Mortgage and ready to close by 2 weeks. That was exactly what he did, just as he said, his process was completed and we were waiting on my Closing Attorney to review the documents and the Title Company to get caught up with the speed of Philip's process, took everyone by surprise that from start to finish our Mortgage process was completed that quickly.
Not only was Philip's process completed within the promised time frame, but he gave us a number of options to choose from, and a detailed explanation of each choice, with his background as a veteran of the banking system and various financial institutions, he has a deep knowledge of the financial markets to know when to lock in the best Mortgage rates.
