I was doing a home loan with Wells Fargo, and the loan closing was pushed back two times. The loan under writing had me and my wife at the conditional approved for over two months, and the last day before our last closing with Wells Fargo; Wells Fargo agents called to say we are not going to get the final approval to close. Me and my wife were heartbroken. We were upset that we did all that work and did not get the final approval. My Realtor spoke to the selling agent, and they recommended Loans by Linda to try and see if Linda Garcia could help us get a new pre approval letter and start a new loan with another Lender. I must say, I was not really interested in starting over so quickly; since our credit scores would take another hit from the inquiries.
