Our Physician Home Loan Program is designed for residents, fellows, and attending physicians purchasing a primary residence. We offer up to 100% financing with no traditional mortgage insurance, while documented student loan payments can be used instead of standard balance-based calculations. Signed employment contracts may also qualify as income before the first paycheck, with loan amounts available up to $2 million.

I was on a tight schedule as the seller wanted to close within a very short period of time and Hussain turned it around. Hussain knows this industry well and allows you to be truly on auto pilot as long as you do your part.

Mr. Panjwani is a down to earth person and so it is easier to ask any question that one may have and easy to work with; i have called him in the evenings, on the weekends and he has always answered my calls or returned back in a timely manner. His Assistant Ritu Is just incredible. She will even call me on a Saturday or Sunday to get me moving; she never sleeps.
